We're a family business, founded and led by women, and every single person on our team from our nurses and support workers to our cleaner, our accountant and our marketing manager, is someone who genuinely cares about what they do. When you call us, you're not reaching a call centre. You're speaking to family.

Registered Nurse, Midwife & Clinical Lead
Michelle has spent nearly four decades bringing life into the world and holding families together through their most vulnerable moments. After a long career as a registered midwife, she founded Two Free Hands to bring that same standard of clinical care and human warmth directly into people's homes. Michelle is on the road visiting and delivering care to her clients every day. As mum to our team and matriarch of this business, Michelle sets the tone for everything we do.

Allysse has been with Two Free Hands from day one. As the heart of our cleaning and home support services, she brings the same pride and care to every home she walks into as she would her own. There's no measuring how much it means to a client to see the same familiar, friendly face every visit, and Allysse has been that face since the very beginning.
